Pastors and leadership
The church is led by a team of pastors, a church council and a leadership team who together keep the church focused on its vision, values and everyday life.
Our pastors
Anne-Mette Fredegod
Lead pastor
Anne-Mette grew up in Vejle and holds a bachelor's degree in theology from Aarhus University. She has served as a pastor in the church since June 2017 and is now the lead pastor. She is married to Sebastian, and together they have two daughters, Filippa and Anna.
Sebastian Fredegod
Pastor
Sebastian became a pastor in the church in June 2017. He is married to Anne-Mette, and together they have two daughters, Filippa and Anna.
Elon Jepsen
Pastor
Elon graduated with a master's degree in theology from Aarhus University in 2013. He then served as a pastor in the Church of Denmark until becoming a pastor at Kirken ACTS Vejle in January 2026. He is married to Miriam, and together they have three children, Mathias, Ellenor and Josias.

Church council
The church council meets four times a year and works with the church's overall vision, values, strategy, budget, accounts and appointments.

Leadership team
The leadership team meets approximately every three weeks, focusing on putting the vision and values into practice through strategy and goals.
